The brainchild of Benjamin James Kershaw, the company was originally founded in 2011. It all began with a strong vision to help bring about change within the UK employment ecosystem. It led to the inception of 123 Recruitment Training & Outsourcing which started in recruitment and has now successfully evolved into a dynamic cluster of businesses. The Group consists of several key market sectors, which includes, Call Centre Management, Training & Development, Financial Solutions, Debt Management, Property, Telecoms, Marketing, Corporate Events, Energy & Carbon Eco Solutions and a domestic and international philanthropic arm.
